While on vacation, Super Granny needs to run, dig, climb, swing, float and tumble through 5 worlds and over 170 levels to rescue her cats from Dr Meow. You control the Granny by using the cursor movement keys to go up, down, left or right, and the spacebar to dig.

In the previous version the settlement of Hope River was built. Supposedly that settlement has been destroyed and in this edition of the game the three characters have to rebuild it.
